Early mornings, short breaks, school bells, homework, exams.
Pressure, rules, obligations, obligations, obligations. Fear of bad grades. Fear of a bad report card. Fear of failing a grade. Fear of exams.
Fear of embarrassment, fear of getting in trouble with the teacher. But also: friends, excitement, playing, discovering, growing, fun.

Are you still in school? Have you been in school? What are your experiences or memories?

What have you learned that truly helps you in life? How much do you actually need a school diploma for a good life? Is access to education, knowledge, career, and success only possible through top grades?

So many questions. To inspire you, here’s a list of famous people who achieved incredible success without a school diploma. Some names might be familiar, others might surprise you. Of course, well-known figures are just the tip of the iceberg—there are many more people who live happy, successful lives without formal education.

But what about the opposite? Yes, certainly! There are undoubtedly (less famous) individuals who struggle without a diploma and face hardships. And what about the reverse situation? Surely, there are both famous and unknown individuals with degrees who end up deeply unhappy and can’t find a way out.
